Also not a far walk from Mill River Park, the farmers market, and Target. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment, so you would have your own space with privacy, and a balcony overlooking the pool with grills and fire pit. With the building, you’ll also have access to the common room, gym, business center, tennis courts, and little park we have. Also includes a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. Did I mention a shuttle to the train for commuting? This building is also non-smoking, which is a pleasant plus!

Living in this apartment for years, I have a rent that is about $1,500 lower than what you would typically find for 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in the building. It’s a steal! Move-in for this sublease would be ASAP, which will be up for renewal September 21.

I am a non-profit professional now living in Stamford, CT for 2.5 years. I’m clean and respectful of common spaces and always up for fun activities when I’m not volunteering around town. I currently work hybrid, sometimes from the apartment or other spaces or in NYC. I love my building and its location. My current roomie and I will miss each other, but have had a blast in this place for two years. I would love another respectful roommate who is also up to becoming great friends.
