This is a great 3b 2.5b townhouse in the Grad Hospital area, close to University City and Center City. I’m looking for two roommates two share the second floor–the rooms are private and the bathroom would be shared. There’s a great kitchen and living room space on the first floor, a backyard, and a nice basement with a washer and dryer. The place gets lots of great natural lighting and is in a safe area that’s nearby some great restaurants.

Gas and water are not included in the rent and are estimated to be around ~$90/mo.

I recently graduated with my master’s in human development and am working as a preschool teacher near Penn’s campus while looking for jobs in research. Since my program ended and I’ve been able to have a life again, I’ve been playing tennis, running, reading, meditating, watching movies, going to games cafes, and just hanging out with friends! I’ve lived in Beijing and France and so have experience living and getting along with different kinds of people. I keep tidy, am respectful of others’ space, and am always down to share a meal with the housemates!
