Free cooking (clean up after cooking). We’re not allow invite friends (Covid season), smoke, weed, animal.

I have 4 rooms, and 2 rooms have tenants already. Still looking for 2 more tenants to fill in 2 rooms left. Each room allows only 1 car parking. One mini master bed ($700/month, add $200 more for couple), the bathroom outside of the room but without share bathroom. One master bed ($800/month, add $200 more for couple), bathroom inside the room. Everyone is very friendly and quiet.
