The three rooms being rented out have never been lived in! Very unique opportunity to share a common space with like minded professionals in a new contemporary space!

The house has a total 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. One room/bathroom will be retained by me, the owner. I am a business individual that travels often, so I will only be around part time. The house will mainly be shared by the occupants of the three rooms being rented.

Each private bedroom has its own private bathroom for a high sense of privacy and security. Each room will be fitted with a biometric lock, as will the front door for ease of access. You will also be given a key fob for the front entrance and your private room.

Each room will have automatic blinds or curtains controllable via remote control.

The common areas will be furnished and will include a living room area with sofa seating and a 65“ LED TV. A dining area, laundry room, and an outdoor deck/terrace fitted with 4 wicker lounge egg swing chairs. The main floor will also include a half bathroom accessible to tenants and guests.

Open-concept kitchen that includes breakfast bar, granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances-gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, pantry and a mini wine cooler.

One Minute Drive to Executive Center which gives access to I-10, US85, and Boarder Expressway 375.

House is equipped with refrigerated air. Utilities can be included as a flat fee or split depending on the roommates agreement.

Housekeeping can also be provided for an additional charge.

The adjacent townhomes are very quiet individuals and in my time on the property have never had a noise issue with my neighbors.

Background checks will be conducted on all tenants.

No overnight guests or parties allowed. Study groups are permitted however tenant is fully responsible for their guests.

Lease terms are flexible depending on needs of the renter.

The entrance is on the main floor, with two bedrooms being downstairs and two bedrooms being upstairs. Both bottom bedrooms adjacent to the deck/terrace are available for rent and one upper bedroom adjacent to the Loft is available for rent.

Monthly rent will be determined and finalized depending which room/location is chosen and the length of lease term.

The selection process for the three rooms will be thorough so that all occupants will have a positive like minded living environment/experience. Any exceptions or adjustments to house rules can be set/discussed between I the owner and the three tenants within fairness and mindfulness to all the occupants.
