We have a room available in our 3-bedroom unit in a house converted into a triplex (there is a separate downstairs and basement unit in the house as well) starting Aug 1st. The bedroom in the pics is furnished but won’t be on Aug 1st. The $830 rent is only for the bedroom available ($2500 total for the unit) and does not include utilities/internet. Internet is $13/mo. The room available is about 133 sq ft and shares a bathroom with one of the current tenants. The house has a small, fenced front yard with lots of flowers, is right next to University of Utah, and has a cute park across the street with tennis courts. Less than a mile from trailheads and some restaurants. Bus stops are very close (1-7 min walk). There are three covered and two uncovered parking spots for the whole house that are first come first serve. Any extra cars park on the street but we have not had any issues with parking this past year. Appliances/amenities: storage closets, outdoor storage shed, pantry, balcony, dishwasher, in-unit laundry machines, fridge/stove/oven

The two tenants you would be living with are graduate students at the U (both female in our 20s) and have a very busy schedule, sometimes working from home and sometimes not. We are planning to sign a new 10-month lease and the landlord has agreed to month to month after that if needed. We love hiking, climbing, concerts, bars/breweries/restaurants, running. We are pretty clean, but I would not say we are neat-freaks. Super patient. Happy to send more pics/info or videocall if interested! One current tenant has a medium sized, very friendly dog (mix of herding breeds). We prefer not to have another cat or dog in the house to keep the fur under control. We already have lots of furniture for the common areas but open to any other furniture and/or decor you want to bring! :)
