This is an upscale Resort style gated community. Amenities include elevator access,2 pools, bbq area, gym, and 24 hour security.No shared wall with roommate!! You would have your own unfurnished room/ bathroom(bathroom in your room), walk in closet/shelf space and washer/dryer. Shared kitchen/living room. Living room has big screen tv, lazy boys and balcony view from the 3rd floor.
