Monet's room

I have a furnished spacious room available in a house in Centennial Hills (Canyon Creek North). I am looking for a friendly and tidy roommate, preferably female. I am the current tenant looking for an additional roommate. I own a small dog and cat who are very friendly. Shared amenities would include the washer/dryer, living room, patio, bbq, kitchen, dishwasher, fridge. Smoking is allowed outside or in garage. I’m a chill person, 420 friendly, and I look forward to meeting my new roommate :)

I am the only tenant here as of now, will be finding a third roomate eventually.
