Looking for a roommate to occupy the open bedroom in the apartment I’m renting! It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment so you’ll have your own private bedroom & bath. We’ll share the common living room and kitchen.

I’m looking for someone who is: Happy and friendly; able to communicate and enjoys hanging out once in a while Responsible and clean - able to pay rent and bills on time Working professional (ideally between the ages of 30-50 years old) and has a dependable income Someone who likes to have fun but who also does not bring the party home. The place will be great for having friends over, but it’s important that we respect each other’s personal space as well as the common space No smoking or drugs No couples will be considered. I’m only looking for one roommate.
