LIFESTYLE: Non-smoker, non-vaping, non-drugs and non-alcohol student. Party animals need not apply - this is NOT the house for you. Because you never know when someone is taking a test online, attending a virtual class, studying, etc. there are no overnight guests or visitors permitted. If you want to visit with your friends, meet them on campus instead. This is an academic focused home and is also for safety reasons.
AVAILABLE: Immediately. Minimum 6 month lease. Rent is $799 a month with first, last month and security deposit (refundable) are required upon signing of lease ($2397).
ROOM #2 ON FLOOR PLAN IS AVAILABLE: Room has two closets, blinds and ceiling fan with a shared bathroom that has recently been updated. The room has its own keyed lock for privacy.
SHARED SPACES: The shared spaces are fully furnished and include eat-in kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, living room, dining room and sitting room. There is a full washing machine and dryer in the house so no need to lug your laundry to the laundry mat. There is a partially fenced yard with a screened in lanai. There are plenty of places to study.
POOL: There is a pool and tennis court in the subdivision.
This is NOT A PARTY house. Looking for FEMALE student serious about ACADEMICS, studying and their future. Ideal candidate has a high GPA, 100% focused on academics, quiet, studious and respectful of others. Due to the number of shared spaces, the ideal candidate is clean, courteous, respectful of others and polite. Students will be sharing the home with our daughter, so safety is our number one concern so visitors are not permitted.
