Tiffany's room

I have a room available in my home. A single female would be best for this living space. I cannot accommodate couples/ live-in guest. The bathroom would be shared with myself. I have a 13 year old son who comes to visit every other week. I am also a pet sitter so potential roomies should love pets and animals. I work from home. I am single, lgbtq friendly and I prefer to keep it quiet around my living space. I am located less than ten minutes from the Airport. I live in a very safe neighborhood as well.
