About the room • 1 private bedroom, furnished (with twin trundle bed, desk, and nightstand) or unfurnished, in a modern 3-bedroom Marina Bay home! • The room is on the first floor. Great natural light. • Private bathroom with shower across the hall. • Full refrigerator in the garage that you can use to store your food.

About the house The entire house is 4 floors, so you can get a workout in by going up and down the stairs to the rooftop balcony! • The shared spaces are second floor that has a large modern open floorplan kitchen fully furnished with all new upgraded appliances, smart refrigerator with TV, dining room, spacious living area with designer furniture and smart TV, powder room, 2nd floor balcony with grill, and rooftop balcony. • The fourth floor is my happy place! I made the rooftop my sanctuary during the pandemic, so I designated a yoga / rowing area, dining area with grill, pergola with two firepits, projection screen and speakers for rooftop movie nights! You can see the sunsets there and 4th of July fireworks from the marina!
• Laundry - Full Size Smart Washer & Dryer on 3rd Floor • My bedroom and office are on the 3rd floor, so we are in separate areas for more privacy.
• There is ample street parking and garage for bike parking.

About the area Friendly and safe neighborhood with a workout area in front of the house and a neighborhood clubhouse. We usually have potlucks once a quarter in front of the house in the communal picnic area.

You’ll enjoy quick access to San Francisco via bus, BART, or Richmond Ferry Terminal. There’s also plenty of unique local eateries, bars, Starbucks, and CVS nearby.

• I’m a working professional that also does interior designer on the side, and always finding creative projects do in the house. I work from home partially, but you won’t really hear me because my office is on the third floor. I love to cook, be creative and paint artwork, do house projects, and go on hikes. Renter must be a dog lover as I have a bulldog pup that lives rent-free on the 3rd floor.
