Bathroom and shower are private. Washer & dryer are located in the basement as well. You have everything you need. Full access to living/dinning room, kitchen and backyard which is spacious enough for entertaining. Internet Included.

Roomies will be young to middle aged working professionals. Quiet and clean. Respectful to others and considerate.
