Just bought this house from a friend and I’m moving in at the end of the month. 2 rooms are available with a full bathroom across the hall. I plan on furnishing them in the next few weeks. 3 small closets in the hall for extra storage. A fairly large fenced in backyard. Kitchen, washer/dryer, and living room will be available for everyone’s use. Bills will be split evenly.

I’m a firefighter, so I’m gone for 24-48 hours at a time. You will have plenty of time to have the house to yourself. I clean up after myself and expect the same from my roommates. I’m pretty quiet, so I won’t try to bother anyone.
