a single bedroom with private access to a shared bathroom. the room is 9 by 10 1/2 feet and the closet is an additional 2 by 9 feet. it is coming furnished with a full sized bed, desk space, and dresser space. rent would be $550 and half of the electric bill. security deposit ($150), first, and last would be required to move in. satellite internet available (+$50 per month). mobile data hotspots are also used in this area. smoking cigarettes is ok as long as it’s in the sun room or outside. there is also a medical cannabis user in the house. i have 3 cats and would prefer no more cats or dogs included pics as a reference. the floors just got remodeled and any tools etc will be removed before move in. all tenants are subject to a background check by owners of the park

i work from home and stick to myself a lot. i’m pretty laid back and not hard to get along with :)
