The house is fenced-in with a large back deck with in-house washer and dryer. It’s less than 5 mins walk to West Lake Marta Station, and 10 mins drive to GA Tech, GSU, and Morehouse University. 15 mins away from Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, and close to the Atlanta BeltLine. There are two available rooms with one room is slightly smaller than the other room, which can be turned into an office. The price for renting both rooms are negotiable. It’s ideal for someone who works from home.
