Women only: my roommate only wants female roommates.

This is an apartment/townhouse near Old Town in Fort Collins, CO. Mostly students live here but you do not have to be one to live here. There is a bus that shuttles to CSU and this is included in the rent. There is an on site pool and spa(hot tub), fitness center(weight room downstairs, yoga and cardio rooms up stairs.) There is a very nice study lounge(with computers and a printer) upstairs as well as a hanging out area. There is a theater room with 10 reclining chairs. This town home is a two bedroom, 2.5 bath. She works Mon-Friday. She has a cat but I never see him as she keeps him in her room. She mostly stays in her room but likes to hang out every now and then.
