Two very nice guys also rent here, quite, respectful and mature. 2 small and quiet dogs reside here. They are clean and kept clean. They are very friendly and enjoy people, so please be pet friendly. This is a non smoking property. I Only want a clean tenant who can respect quiet hours and who can clean up after themself. Otherwise don’t apply.
