You have full house privileges, including use of swim spa, fire pit and outdoor gas grill. There is a private fenced back yard. All utilities are included. No security, No last. Two very clean guys also rent here, quite, respectful and mature. No drama. Any kind of Smoking or vaping must be done outside period . Everyone here is inclusive to each others gender choices, rights and respect to peace and quiet as well. They only want a clean tenant who respects quiet hours and cleans up after themself.
