Just 3 miles from DelTech/WilmU, 2.5 miles from Delaware State University, 2.5 miles from Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, and steps away from bus route. Preference given to resident doctors, graduate students, postdocs, teachers. Laundry onsite. Room comes fully furnished with bed, desk, desk-chair, arm chair, and extra storage. Utilities and internet included in price. NOTE: No smoking/vaping and no drugs (including marijuana) anywhere on property (inside or outside). No pets.

You will have access to shared spaces including living room, full kitchen, laundry, extra storage in garage. Off-street parking. Kitchen and living room pictures coming soon in mid-April (currently work is being done in these areas to create a lovely space for you)
