North Orange Drive

Hello, I am renting a room located in West Hollywood/Hancock Park. You will have your own room & bathroom. The Bedroom is pretty large, and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Parking is always available, there is a Garage attic for storage & we have an amazing full private front yard! I do I have two small French Bulldogs, but they are so chill and just love to cuddle. There is also a in house Washer & Dryer.

I like to think that I am a pretty chill roommate. I work from home so I am home during the days, but I usually am just plugging into work and listening to music. I dont have people over a ton but I would love to find someone that is chill with having people over and making use of the cool space. I keep the place pretty clean so I’d like someone that is just naturally tidy. Overall its an amazing place and I am looking for someone that will fit to share it with!
