Cute bedroom in a quiet, nice neighborhood within 10-15 minutes of downtown, ETSU, grocery stores, hospital, etc.

Open floor plan, tall ceilings, and patio for relaxation.

Shared kitchen, laundry room, and living room areas.

Utilities and internet are included in rent.

The house is smoke free and pet free as we have family members who are allergic.

I work remotely so I’m usually at home and available but, other than the kitchen, I’ll mainly be downstairs in the basement. My mother and fiancée will be at the house from time to time as well.
