Hello there! I do have a spare bedroom in my house, located across Intel Jones Farm! It is 8 min walk to Intel Jones Farm 10 min drive to Intel RA and 15 min drive to Nike! Located less than 2 mile to Downtown Hillsboro ;) There is a bus stop (46) just around the corner (5 min walk 🚶‍♀️). The room has south facing windows so it gets a lot of sunshine during the day! Central air conditioning! Assigned parking space and garage! Room comes with its own bathroom! ALL Bills included! Room is furnished with brand new stuff including brand new mattress and bed frames. PS: That white shelf in the picture is no longer there because previous roomate did not like it. The room can be unfurnished if you need that.

I am female, 35 yrs old, work full time outside of the house. I have a PhD in engineering. Love cooking and baking so there is always something if you have a sweet tooth! I am hoping to find a roomate who would be clean and friendly. I don’t smoke and don’t drink. I keep the house sparkling clean specially in common areas
