Dayane's room

The place is in a quiet part of Tigard, right off of Hwy 99 and within 5 minutes of 217 and I-5. The room available is spacious, with nice carpets, a great closet, and a huge window that allows ideal natural light. I have furnished most all of the downstairs, and I am going through a kitchen remodel to make the place even more beautiful! We back up to a sprawling green space, as seen in the pictures, and there is tranquil and diverse landscaping features in the front. We have a two car garage with built in storage (which I underestimated how valuable it would be!). Newer washer and dryer are obviously included, with a handy laundry room/ wash sink area. The property has a great HVAC system that keeps us cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. Speaking of Summer, we also have access to a 7’ deep community pool at the end of the block! By the way, the house has 2.5 bathrooms, but it didn’t given me the option for a half, and I wasn’t about to sell the place short!

My friend Myles bought this place two years ago and actually found our roommate on this app. We have all been living together happily for two years, but Connor is moving in with his girlfriend in July, so now it will be just Myles and myself! My name is Dayane and I’m Brazilian also the sweetest and coolest person in this house haha. I work with kids as a nanny, 9-5 Monday through Friday, and I typically like to study, relax, go out with my friends and go to church on the weekends. I’m a easy going person who loves laugh and make the life easier - Connor and Myles have been blessed to have me as a roommate, for sure! haha (joking)

Myles is the landlord and a Real Estate agent for John L Scott. He work 9-5 as well, and he’s typically at the gym or playing basketball weekday nights and golfing on the weekends.

The last two years have been amazing because all of us were so clean and did our part. There’s never a dirty dish, we clean the house often, and everyone was very respectful of each other’s space. Obviously, this is what we are hoping for with our next roommate! Nights are usually quiet here, but feel free to enjoy your weekends and have friends over, etc!
