Looking for a couple or single roommate to move in July

We are a couple who recently signed a lease for a spacious 2bed/2bath Apartment in Hoboken(700Grove St) and are looking for another couple or single roommate to move in to the second bedroom.

About us: We are late 20s working professionals, mostly WFH and commute to city for work 1-2/week. We’re fairly active, enjoy golf and snowboarding, and are looking for roommate(s) who are chill to hangout

Rent: $2000 (negotiable) Security deposit: 1.5 X One month rent

Rent includes: Heat, Hot Water, Basic Cable, Internet, Cooking Gas, Use of amenities (24HR front desk concierge, elevators, huge Gym, Resident Lounge, Common Courtyard with Barbeque Grills, Shuttle to Hoboken Path) In Unit: Balcony, Dishwasher, Laundry, Dryer, AC, Heat, a lot of storage spaces. Less than 10mins walk to Acme/Target/shoprite and 10mins walking to the PATH or light rail.

Room is available 7/1 with some flexibility to move-in. The total rent of this spacious apartment is $4500, and me and my boyfriend are taking master bedroom with $2500. Looking for someone to take the second bedroom for $2000.
