2 rooms are available, so you can pick which bedroom you prefer and we can split use of the remaining room. Ideal for someone who needs a quiet WFH space during the week, as you’d be free to use the extra room for an office – I would just use it for storage (limited closet space in my room) and the occasional art project on the weekends. Back bedroom has a separate entrance, huge closet, and is the quietest since it’s furthest from the street, but tends to run hot in the summer. Front bedroom is larger overall (about 13x13) with high ceilings, still with ample closet space but is louder due to proximity to the street and tends to run cold in the winter.

Rent is $1015, bills run about $100-150 per person depending on time of year. Room is unfurnished, available August 1st for 1 year lease. Landlord requires a background check.

• Neighbors on either side are owners and neighborhood overall is very friendly (and helped me find my cat when he escaped a few months ago)
