The apartment complex is located in South AVL. It’s near a bus stop, groceries and food. It’s about 20 mins to downtown and the airport. It’s 2bed/2bath and you would have the master with a walk in closet. It’s on the first floor, has a washer/dryer, storage, patio and some Mountain View. It’s furnished besides the bedroom and I have kitchen stuff. The rent does not include water, wifi or electricity. I do have 3 esa animals (2 cats and a dog). Looking to have someone take over my roommates portion of the lease when our current lease is up in September. If you have any questions or think we could be a match please reach out.

I’m looking for someone to hang out with but also respectful of each others space. I like to hike, cook, bake, read, paint, play board games and hang out with my pets or friends.
