Single occupant only. Co-ed household, both male/female currently in the house. Easy-going people in a friendly household. This is a drama-free zone. No dogs or cats. There are 2 dogs in the house already. Off street parking available. Only 3 miles from downtown. The rent is low because it’s more important to appreciate the right person than it is to overcharge the wrong one. No alcoholics or drug addicts. If you’re the type of person who’s always trying to get away with something, then don’t waste our time. If you do not have stable employment, then don’t waste our time.
