Room for rent in Foothill Ranch
Looking for a roommate to start a 1 year lease to rent a room in a 2b/2b condo in Foothill Ranch starting in end of June/early July.
Rent: $1400 a month including utilities Security Deposit: $700 Location: Foothill Ranch, next to the Foothill Ranch Town Center and the 241 freeway. Includes: Room with a window and a closet.
The condo has a washer and dryer.
The community has a pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. You’ll also have a parking permit but there is a lot of parking.
Note: The bathroom is being renovated right now so the picture is not what it will look like. Also more furniture in the living room to come. I also will be wanting to get a dog at some point.
About the roomies
I am a female and am 26 years old. I am considerate and clean and looking for someone else who is respectful (no smoking please). Love the beach and just hanging out with my friends.
