Hello! Looking for a room for the fall semester? I am doing a transfer to a different school, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease from July ’23 - July ‘24. This apartment is located off Nord in Woodland Commons. The apartment is a 3 bed, 2 bath. There’s a couple that shares their own room, and one male that has his own room. You would also have your own room but need to share bathroom with the man who has his own bedroom. All utilities and amenities included and completely furnished. Air conditioning works great, tub/shower, outside pool, parking spots, and friendly neighbors. Walking distance to chico state, safeway, and other local stores. Apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly.
