I have a 3bdrm 2bth house in the Victoria Windrows community. I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood about 1 mile north of Victoria Gardens. My schedule varies. But it’s usually my dog and I. On Fridays I have my daughters for a couple of hours. They are very young but mostly with their mom) I am seeking a roommate who is a working professional and/or student.
This person must be clean and pick up after themselves The entire house is furnished but the room would not be. Unattached full bathroom included but would need to share when guest are over which is seldom. The price includes utilities, internet, access to washer and dryer, some fridge/pantry space, house, kitchen, and yard access. This also includes the great scenery and short distances to almost everything you’ll need. I am willing to do month to month agreement.
