I just purchased this beautiful, large ranch style home, central located yet quiet and private with a stunning view of Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona’s mountains. This large ensuite room and bathroom comes with your own living room area with sliding glass doors to the backyard with views so you actually have you own wing of the house, separated from the other side by the beautiful tiled kitchen with all new appliances. The room currently has a bed, side table and hanging light fixtures but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture, particularly for your “living room.” If you’re a gardener - the .39 acre property Is all yours! There will only be two people in the house - you and me!

I’m a 37 year old single woman (she/her) deeply passionate about my work as a women’s coach. At home I’m quiet, introverted and focused on my work and self care. I’m an avid hiker, dancer, herbalist, traveller, reader and lover of life.

I take excellent care of my body by making my own fresh, simple, local foods. I take loving care of my soul by gathering regularly in sacred community of Sedona, practicing yoga, meditating and aspiring to work/life balance.

I’m seeking a roommate who desires to co-create a beautiful, loving, healthy home. We’ll be creating this home from scratch so there is room for your design flair, furniture and/or input.
