Maya's room

I am looking for 1 housemate to move into a private basement unit in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Providence. This unit will share a mailbox and patio with my unit but the living space is completely separate. There is a 3 month minimum stay but will be month-to-month after that. The property is close to many parks and highways, and is 10 minutes away from downtown Providence.

This unit includes a private entrance, kitchen, large spacious bedroom with a large private bathroom and plenty of storage space. All utilities are included (gas, electric, water). Additional amenities to enjoy include free wifi, a shared patio space, and a shared washer/ dryer. There is plenty of on-street parking available. No pets allowed; but you must be okay with animals because I have a large dog that is often in the yard.

Tours will begin in early August with a move-in date of September 1, although I am flexible on the move-in date. Please include a description about yourself in your apartment inquiry and let me know any questions you may have.
