Brookside Avenue

Hi All! My roommate, Mira, and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for a sunny, 3 bedroom apartment in Jamaica Plain for a July 1st move-in! Rent would be $1,100 each (total is $3,300) per month plus utilities. It’s in a great location (walking distance to Orange Line at Stony Brook Station and Green Street) and it’s close to the shops and restaurants on Centre Street and a mile to Jamaica Pond! Laundry is coin-op in the basement and there is central air. There’s also a little porch in front and a shared fenced-in back patio/yard!

I’m 26 and just graduated from a masters program in CA and will be starting a job in Boston as a mental health clinician! I’m very clean, respectful, and easy to communicate with! Mira is from VT and will be moving to Boston for grad school at Simmons for behavior analysis.

We prefer other grad students or working professionals who are financially stable and someone who is also clean and easy to communicate with! Please message me if interested! I also have a good video of the place I can share!
