2 story brick house bedrooms on 2nd floor 1/2 bath is upstairs and is for the roommate use. Have full kitchen living room, laundry room, back patio, side rose garden way back yard with standing garden, patio, if my husband gets it up and running a pool.

Our home is run like a home. This is not just a business transaction to us. My husband and I have been very happily married for 10 yrs and are NOT looking for freakie stuff at all!! We have one other roommate and he is fabulous and is just part of the family. That is how we have always done it. We are still friends with quiet a few old roommates and my husband is going to be the best man in one’s wedding next year. You have the opportunity to be included with family meals. They always tell me I’m a good cook. So there you go. If I’m unable to cook I’m always able to walk anyone threw how to do it. Or there is always food there for you. But that is if you help out with the cost of food. Other wise you will get a spot in the back frig. And you will be responsible for everything even salt.
