Older couple looking for short/long term roommate in our home. We are a kind active family of two, that is easy going and likes to stay active. We live in a very desirable, upscale, safe and quiet neighborhood. Our home is within walking distance to shopping/food and public transportation in the Orenco neighborhood.

Our modern 3000 sf two level home comes with many options, including a gourmet kithchen, laundry room, large private extra bonus room(for the roommates), huge park like backyard, greenhouse, large outdoor cabana cooking area, large private bathroom, and an additional 1/2 bathroom also included. some storage space.

Your room comes furnished with a very comfortable queen bed, dresser, night stands, large flat screen tv, a desk and office chair. large closet. The blue room is $800 The beige room has all the same as the blue room except a twin bed and is $750 As an added bonus we provide all: Utilities Including high speed internet, cable tv…. Paper Towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent & softeners, dishwasher detergent and hand soaps. Cleaning of the common areas are also done by us. We just ask that you keep the kithchen/bathroom/bonus room clean after you’re done using them… The home stays very clean and organized.

There is no smoking/420/vaping/drugs of any kind allowed in or on the property.

We try to live with a small footprint and hope to find another roommate who does the same. We value kind and honest communication, and we do our best to create a safe, comfortable and happy home! Tim works FT, so a bit on the go. Gayle is retired and Tim is a Master Gardener.
