Private bedroom, bathroom, and closet. 900 sq. ft. condo I own in a small, mostly quiet ( 8 unit ) gated HOA community. The unit is updated with modern features and amenities. Right next to Retro Row, Ralphs, and just a few blocks from the beach. I have the place mostly furnished but the room is unfurnished. Open to discussing re-organizing / re-furnishing or removing my furniture / incorporating yours into the common areas! There’s a 1 car garage that I’ll use mostly but you’re welcome to it when I’m not around which is usually 3-4 days out of the week. Street parking is pretty ample.

Hi, I’m Elijah and am the only tenant in the unit! (: 25 year old working professional. I’m the head of in-house design at a surf company in Costa Mesa.
