West E Street

I have a bedroom available for rent, there is parking available to you, a personal room and full bathroom. All amentities to include living room, television, washer, dryer, and basics are included. Bills will be split on the first month and after assessing the cost increase i’m willing to negotiate based on price increase. The home is fully fenced in and i have security cameras set up for protection. The home is located near everything you could need and is just 2 minutes away from PSNS navy base and about 5-10 from the ferry, 5 minutes from convenience stores, fast food, and grocery stores. I’m a navy sailor and spend most of my time on my computer, sometimes i watch TV, or spend time with my wife. I won’t bother you at all, if you like to go out, i enjoy grabbing drinks at the bar that is a 60 second walk from the home but otherwise typically stay to myself. I’m interested in a long term agreement but would love to provide short term agreements as well!
