Malia's room

Hello all! Looking for a 4th roommate to fill a spot in our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house in the outer Richmond district! (1 year lease starting July 1st) Located super close to lands end, walking distance to ocean beach, Golden Gate Park, and Balboa street where they have lots of good restaurants and cafes. 38 R bus stop right on the corner and 18/31 bus stop is an 8 minute walk down the street. House has laundry in unit (shared with person who lives downstairs), dishwasher, some garage storage for things like surfboards, bikes, suitcases or whatever. Street parking is free and very easy to find.

The room we’re trying to fill is 1243.20/month and utilities usually range from 50-140 (per person) depending on the month. The room itself is in the back of the house and has a decently sized closet and a nice window that looks out into the garden.

We are looking for someone in their 20’s who is respectful, generally clean and picks up after themselves, considerate, and good at communicating. The spot is welcome to all genders and we are 420 friendly :)

A little about us:

Sarah (22) I’m an environmental studies student at SFSU and will likely be graduating in the Spring of 2024. I am an avid outdoors lover and social justice advocate. In my free time I enjoy getting outside as much as possible, whether that’s hikes/backpacking, beach trips, skiing, camping, or just going on a short walk and admiring our beautiful outdoor spaces here in SF. I also partake in some occasional painting, jewelry and nic-nack making. Always down for a movie or game night with the house. Generally home a decent amount because I’m not currently working, but I occasionally do volunteer work and am gone for some periods of time for travel.

Malia (21) I am a student at SFSU and my major in school is liberal studies and I’ll be graduating next spring! I have two jobs right now- one nanny gig and one server job in the outer sunset. I mostly work weekends, but some weekdays for my nanny family. I am originally from Santa Cruz and I love to be outside in nature (when its sunny) and want to explore the city more! I have had some really weird roommate situations in the past so hopefully we’ll be friends and able to keep the house peaceful!

Aya (21) I go to SFSU and am a psychology major with a human sexuality minor! I’m a full time student and also have a job at a restaurant in the sunset. I’m from Santa Cruz and have spent a lot of time traveling. I love to hike, surf, go to the gym, and be active. I would love to have someone move in that is clean and respectful and also consider as a friend!
