We live in a nice fully furnished, three bedroom house with a large kitchen, spaciouse beautiful fully fenced in yard, driveway that’s gated, with washer and dryer. We live in wonderful clarkston wahington on chestnut st. Shared bathroom. Potential candidates should expect to regularly wash dishes, clean all common areas, and may use the lovley laundry room in the home of course utilities are included ( yes internet as well). $950.00 for first month and that includes the deposit. You will be sharing the house with one other roommate for the first month and every month after rent will be $650.00 includes utilities and such. Groceries are your responsibility but agreed upon common foods can be shared.

Only one roommate the first month and then there will be 3 of us. We are chill drug free quiet people who are welcoming to all. Just don’t make skin suites out of us while we sleep and we will be good to go. Must be responsible, disaplined and ready to enforce rules like they are your own. 420 friendly dogs are OK

Drug free residence excluding 420 or occasional drinking, no rageing parties or crazy situations that involve police and keep the crazy exs out of the picture please.
