Hi friends!

I’m looking for someone to take over rent for my roommate. She will be moving out late July due to her job. Our apartment is 2 beds 2 baths and located in the heart of Clairemont. There is an opportunity to renew at the end of the year as well.

The available room is the master and is a good size room with 2 windows, 2 closets, and a bathroom attached (pictures below). Rent is $1,600. Rent includes water, but not gas, electric, or wifi. Utilities come out to about $80 each month.

We have laundry on-site, a dishwasher, tandem garage. Our complex also has a pool and is gated.

I like to keep my space clean and would like someone that is the same. Also looking for someone friendly and respectful.

A bit about me, I am 27 and am looking for another girl mid-late 20’s. I love to watch reality tv and love a good wine and movie night. I’m very active and like to spend as much time outside, going on hikes and to the beach. I also love to crochet and read 🙂.
