Room for rent in privately owned condo in safe secure gated building. Looking for a roommate to take over an available room in my condo which will be (unfurnished). Room is available now. Room would come with private bathroom, full access to living and kitchen areas, floors have recently been replaced (hardwood) with great closet space, room has been recently painted and new tenant would have their own bathroom NOT SHARED. Room is pretty large 13 x10 ft. with easy access to OWN bathroom. Great location close to 7th street, 4th bars/restaurants, close to PCH traffic circle and few minutes from the beach and downtown. Plenty of parking on street.

Ideal roommate would be someone who respectful of the place, keeps clean and organized, pays on time and no often overnight visitors, not excessive loud music, cooperates in the cleanliness of the condo, maintains their rooms and bathroom clean.

About me: 37 year old male design working professional, Mon-Fri 9-5, and work from home on occasions. Enjoy music, movies, traveling, cycling, kayaking, nintendo, cooking. It would just be me and the new potential roommate. Keep to myself for the most part, go to the gym 2 times a week, usually home on weeknights between 6-8pm.
