LOCATION: Located east of 805 in north National City residential neighborhood, less than 7 miles to downtown San Diego and SDSU, less than 4 miles to 32nd Street Naval Station (the Base) and Balboa Park. Nearby is Bay Plaza Center, Smart & Final, California Produce, Food Land, CVS, Starbucks, as well as fitness centers, restaurants, services and businesses. Single occupancy. Please, no couples, regular weekend visitor stays or semi live-ins. Sorry, no pets.

Camper-trailer: 265 sq. feet has its own bath, private entry. Please, no couples, semi live-ins, stayovers, weekend stays, or small families.

IDEAL TENANT: IDEAL TENANT: Military or working person with credit score of 680 or greater, who seeks non-smoking, non-excessive drinking, and drug-free environment, as well as someone who is considerate of others, fairly quiet, financially responsible and all-the-way-around clean.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Security deposit is equal month’s rent and is returned in full if camper-trailer is released in same condition, such as damage free, clean and clear of belongings.

TERMS: Month-to-month rental agreement. Rent Include fixed utilities, such as Internet, trash, sewer, as well as a portion of SDGE and water.

If after seeing the camper-trailer, you would like a rental application, let me know. During the application process, you will be asked to provide proof of credit score and proof of employment. If you are self-employed, recent tax returns are needed to prove steady and stable income. If you have had an eviction (Unlawful Detainer) or if your credit score is below 680, co-signer with a credit score of at least 700, who lives, works, and/or has property in San Diego County will be considered.
