Located 2.5 miles from Town Pump the Wye ( which is where I 90 and Hwy 93 N intersect) or 5 miles N of the Airport approximately. 8 miles from St Pat’s hospital. The house is very well kept, with new siding, , new vinyl windows throughout, and the apartment is all glass out front, it keeps very cool. No air conditioner needed! Also easy to heat as it is constant 60 degrees. Huge yard with a fire pit. Each level has its own private entrance and yard. The house is furnished except for your need to bring your own bed. 1000.00 includes internet. Ability to park extra vehicles, boat, RV? What worked well for shared living space I learned from experience at a Hostel in Maui. All shared space was void of anyone’s personal belongings. The kitchen had to be left the way you found it.
