I attached the guest bedroom in room pictures for size reference (temporarily I’m using room as my work office/kitten room but will take out stuff). Open to short-term or long-term lease (6-12 months). Conveniently near freeways. Parking is outside but community is gated so very safe community.
The rent with utilities included would be only $1500 monthly with your own room and bathroom. I’m a very clean person and can somewhat cook so looking for someone who matches my level of cleanliness. I also just adopted a kitty, he’s very sweet and gets along with dogs/people. I also have a boyfriend who may occasionally spend the weekend night and have guests sometimes over on weekends but always will communicate, which is important to me creating a comfortable, respectful environment between each other. ABOUT ME: My name is Megan, and I’m 24 years old. I graduated from CSULB with my Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resources. I currently work full time remote for HR but like to keep busy!
