Hello! I have a room for rent in West Covina. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood in a cup de sac. The room is about 10 x 11 feet not including a closet that’s about 5 feet wide. Washer and dryer units available to share. Utilities are included. Shared bathroom. I am a looking for a clean and respectful roommate. Non smoker. Female preferred. Must be ok with dog and no overnight guest.

I am 40+ year old female professional. Non-smoker. I am active and enjoy the outdoor. I am clean and easy to get along with. I live alone with my 6 years old Pit Bull. She’s sweet. I adopted her since she was 4 months old. My family comes to visit on the weekend. We are pretty much by ourselves during the weekdays.
