I bought this house brand new a little over a year. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath located in the beautiful community of Easton Park. I occupy the master and use the second bedroom as my office.

I’m looking to rent out the 3rd bedroom that’s never been occupied. You’ll have access to your own bathroom plus a bonus space that can be used as an office or lounge. If you choose to use that space as an office, I have a L-shape glass desk and office chair there you can use.

Living in Easton Park is very tranquil. It’s quiet. There’s a lot of small parks to walk or bike. You’ll also have access to the community center that has a huge fitness center and outdoor pool.

The nice thing about living here is you’re never not far from the action but far enough to feel like you are. I’m about 10 mins away from the airport, 20 mins from downtown, and less than 15 minutes from the east side.

The ideal renter I’m looking for is responsible, cat friendly (I own one cat, currently), clean, and always pay rent on time.

A late-30s single professional, open-minded, cat dad, and homebody. I work from home. Keep to myself. And like to be outdoors when I’m not at home.
