Hello! So this is a three bedroom apartment. It’s incredibly spacious and we’re looking for someone to sublet in one of the bedrooms. It’s very big, you can fit a small couch as well as a full size bed. You get your own personal closet that you don’t need to share with anybody. You do have to share a bathroom with me but there’s plenty of room for both people to put any of their toiletries in! Currently three people live here. Myself and a couple with their 2-year-old daughter. They are both lovely and extremely respectful of anybody else in the apartment.

We do have a dog and a cat who lives here. They’re extremely sweet and cuddly and love people. One of them is a beagle and the other is a tabby mix. My roommates have a cat but she specifically just stays in their room. So we have to have someone who is a huge animal lover. Just also wanted to specify that unfortunately you can’t bring any animals here since there’s already three. If it’s a tank animal or cage animal I’m willing to discuss! You’re just a short walk away from the city center which has ShopRite and Target and plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby.

Importantly I need someone who is tidy and organized and will help clean such as taking out the garbage and cleaning the bathroom and sweeping the floor. Just so the apartment stays looking nice.

Also I want to throw out that bills cost about $130 which includes Wi-Fi and electricity and gas. Depending on the summer electricity goes up a bit so most you would be paying is $150. Parking is also not available outside the building but there are garages that you could park it at.

I’m a 28 year old professional actor so sometimes I’m in and out but I love going out having fun and being social. I make sure I clean and keep the place organized and clean. My other two roommates are named Ryan and Cait who are both in their 30s. Ryan is a carpenter and his girlfriend Cait is a stay-at-home mom taking care of their adorable 2-year-old Maddie.
