Sandra's room

I live in a Manufactured home in a friendly neighborhood. Bus stop just across the street and the new Costco less than a mile away. I have a furnished 10X13 foot room available/ shared bathroom with another male. Utilities are included except for Cable. I rearranged the room so added different photos. I am easy to get along with and communicate well . I have off street parking but a small driveway so only one car per tenant. I have a cat and don’t allow you to bring your pets and no overnight guests. Thank you for looking:)
