Nice private room in a brand new town house. Large windows and a ton of natural light. The room is around 220 square feet, plus a walk in closet, and a private full bathroom. Laundry is also super convenient. Parking is easy, and there is a lot of guest parking.

The area is central and next to two freeway entrances. It is also about a one to two minute drive to a Trax station, so there is a never a need to drive downtown or anywhere else the blue line might take you. There is also a thirteen mile walking trail right nearby, literally a 30 second walk to the trailhead.

Since the townhouse is brand new, everything is in perfect condition. The kitchen is amazing, and the AC and heating is very efficient.

We are a gay couple, and so you must be fully LGBT friendly. One of us is sober, so no hard drugs or partying at home. 420 is okay, but please no smoking it. We both are working professionals. One of us works from home, and the other works from the office. I am a software engineer, and he is an office administrator. We both love music, and watching good shows. We also love the outdoors, and exploring the areas around us.
