Private room to rent in the Egypt Lake-Leto area! Just off the corner of the Waters & Dale Mabry area, this room is located centrally in Tampa, and offers quick and easy access to just about anywhere.
minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Downtown, Ybor, Citrus Park / International Mall, and more!
The space can come furnished or unfurnished as desired. If furnished, it has a TwinXL bed, desk, chair, armoire, and private closet. Or it can be cleared if that is more your style.
The house is very laid back, there are 3 other residents, but we all mainly keep to ourselves. We are all LGBT+ friendly, and friendly as well (As long as its outside).
The rent includes all utilities, Wifi, and access to the kitchen, living room, and any other shared spaces. There is also a washer and dryer on property.
The space is perfect for anyone just getting out on their own, or someone looking for a fresh start. The only thing is that there are no pets allowed, as one roommate has serious pet allergies.
Ideally we are looking for roommates for + months, but we are also open to those who want shorter stays (No less than 6 months please!).
About the roomies
3 LGBTQ+ individuals currently living on property. We are all very laid back and tend to keep to ourselves, but we also all hang out from time to time. All of us work, so we tend to come and go all day long.
