Could be furnished with light used king or queen bed. 1 or 2 rooms for rent with excessive closet space and small living room between the rooms.

Plenty of parking space. No smoking or vaping in house or near door ways.

40/m. 30/f keep to ourselves. You have a key for your door.

We are fairly quiet, frequently not home. Utilities shared or fixed could be discussed. Internet split, need to use VPN or they copyright block quick. 1 car per adult plus 1 total on property. For long term permanent rental could put full kitchen and bath upstairs in the spring.
